Back by popular demand, the return of our much-loved Steak Stone ‘Do-It-Yourself’ dining experience has arrived.


Following a flurry of customer requests, this dynamic dining experience gives our guests the opportunity to go as rare as they dare! Diners can choose from a selection of house steaks or indulge in the newest addition to the menu – A4-graded Japanese Wagyu & Chips. Each dish is presented at the guests' table, with a sizzling-hot stone, accompanied by a secret seasoning salt, and a variety of delectable sauces and butters.


The Steak Stone experience is also available to order as a 28-day matured Black Angus South American Ribeye, Sirloin, Rump, or sliced Fillet steak, excluding chips.

Great British Beef Week
23 - 30 April 2024


One of the UK's favourite foodie weeks returns on 23–30 April 2024, with a celebration of British beef’s quality, taste, and world-leading farming credentials. Launching on St George’s Day, the nation is encouraged to enjoy ‘naturally delicious’ British beef, particularly one of the most iconic meat dishes – Steak.


Our locally sourced Surrey Farm Côte de Boeuf, is a beautiful cut of beef rib from prime steer and heifers, characterised by its natural fat covering, and marbling, and selected by a grader ensuring that only the choicest cuts are picked for maturation.


The Casterbridge West Country PGI Fillet has a beautiful colour and delicious aged flavour that's tender to taste. This heritage cut holds the prestigious protected geographical indicator status, from native cattle, fed a 70% grass and forage diet in the West Country.


Our Chocolate-fed Ayrshire Fillet originated in the County of Ayr in Scotland, before it was imported in the 1800's to the open pastures of Finland to ensure a sustainable and superior product, where heifers consume grass, and 500g milk chocolate, daily. The award-winning cut maintains a sweet and unique taste, with evenly marbling throughout.


We're proud to recognise British beef farmers and support sustainable production practices on UK farms, so come and dine some of the best British steaks the city has to offer.
