At Steak and Co we serve only the finest steak, which has been carefully selected and prepared by our master butchers before being served to you on a sizzling hot steak stone. The steaks are first caramelized on our chargrill to seal in the flavour so all you have to do is choose one of our infused butters to cook your steak to your personal perfection, chose from, garlic, chilli, parsley or whole grain mustard butter.

Choose a shake to sprinkle onto your steak as it sizzles on your stone, chose from sea salt with chilli flakes, seaweed, mustard or paprika. As a final accompaniment drizzle one of our sauces over your sizzling steak with a choice of pepper, mushroom, red wine or bearnaise. 

We have five main cuts of Steak, each one is served on our sizzling steak stone:

Rib Eye Steak - Cut from the rib section, the rib eye steak is one of the most succulent steaks and guarenteed to satisfy even the most dedicated carnivore. 

Rump Steak - our rump steaks are trimmed leaving only the meat with the most flavour.

Sirloin Steak - cut from the tenderloin the sirloin steak has a generous outer strip of fat which enriches the steak during the grilling process. 

Fillet Steak - this is the royal of all the steak cuts. It is the most tender with little marbelling and virtually fat free. 

Peppered Steak - a fillet steak crusted with crushed black peppercorns and served with a side of pepper sauce.

At Steak & Co. we also serve a Halal Sirloin Steak supplied from our specialist Halal butcher, the sirloin impart the most flavour and is one of the perfect halal cuts.

According to Restaurant Hospitality this years hot trend is Strip Steak, at Steak & Co. we serve a speciality blackened strip steak which is coated with a secret blend of seasoning, before it is chargrilled to medium and finely sliced.
